Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue results, employee retention and increased innovation, presents this prestigious award based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Bamboo Health. This year, 92% of Bamboo Health teammates indicated that the company is a great place to work, which is 35% higher than the average U.S. company.

Bamboo Health not only offers its teammates competitive pay, but also provides an array of diverse benefits aligned with a culture that holistically supports teammates in their physical, mental, and financial wellness journeys. The company offers a “Results Only Work Environment” (ROWE) policy with flexible time off to encourage and support work-life balance and teammate volunteerism.

“Great Place to Work Certification™ isn’t something that comes easily; it takes ongoing dedication to the employee experience,” said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of global recognition at Great Place to Work. “It’s the only official recognition determined by employees’ real-time reports of their company culture. Earning this designation means that Bamboo Health is one of the best companies to work for in the country.”

According to Great Place to Work® research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a certified workplace. Additionally, employees at certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits, and have a fair chance at promotion.

“We are thrilled to be recognized as a Great Place to Work®, which is a result of our continued dedication to meeting the needs and wants of our teammates,” said Annie Edwards, chief people officer of Bamboo Health. “At Bamboo Health, we help to improve patients’ lives with innovative healthcare technology solutions, while we empower teammates’ lives with a flexible, collaborative, and remote-centric work environment.
