Since Bamboo is a recent result of Appriss Health’s acquisition of PatientPing, we haven’t had time to move all of our content to one website. For this specific content, we’re sending you to one of our other sites.
At Bamboo Health our identity and culture are strongly tied to our name. Bamboo is strong, resilient, nourishing, and fast-growing.
We’re the same, inspired by our bold mission to deliver whole person care and lofty vision to revolutionize healthcare. We thrive when we’re learning and innovating. We set high expectations and rise to challenges.
We show up to do good, improving the lives of patients, changing how healthcare is delivered in the U.S., and building long-lasting friendships and memories along the way.
A Priority in Diversity
At Bamboo Health, we work with an array of providers and patients, ensuring that every patient from every walk of life receives the best possible care. We know that no two customers or patients are alike and we want our team to reflect this across our organization.
For years we’ve believed the more diverse and equitable our hiring, the more creative and effective our solutions become. We’ve pledged to build a culture where every teammate feels welcomed and valued.

Join Us to Help Revolutionize Healthcare
We’re a fast-growing company in an industry where we can really make an impact, by connecting healthcare professionals across the care spectrum for the sake of better coordinated care and a healthier population. Over the past decade, we’ve acquired multiple companies, expanded our services, and grown from several dozen teammates to several hundred across the nation and around the globe.
If you want to be part of a mission-driven team that innovates and collaborates to improve the lives of patients, then Bamboo Health is the place for you.
Like Bamboo, we are resilient, flexible, and thrive in some of the harshest conditions
Owners find ways to move the business forward
We take strategic risks that we believe will fuel growth, reshape health care, and improve our communities
Recognizing we don't know it all, we own our mistakes and consistently look for ways to grow
We're passionate about providing solutions and treating the diverse people we employ and support with care
We recognize the incredible contributions of our teammates by offering competitive pay and an array of benefits that support physical, mental, and financial health. We know you spend a lot of time and energy on work, so we don’t want you to have to sweat the small stuff. For example, our teammates all have access to legal support through Rocket Lawyer. It’s unique, often overlooked benefits like that which make our whole package so appealing.
We’re constantly growing and consistently hiring in several priority areas. Even if you don’t fit one of these areas, there are dozens of other positions that may be available to you. Check out our full list of open jobs and apply today. If you don’t see anything that fits your skills, we still invite you to submit your resume. We’d love to meet you.

Meet the Team
Meet Our Teammates
Our hundreds of teammates are diverse in their skills but united in their mission. They’re helping our organization grow and, more importantly, helping to connect people across the healthcare spectrum to improve patient care and outcomes. See what they have to say about us at Glassdoor.
My favorite part is really the flexibility and true understanding/empathy around time. I’ve been at jobs before that you're expected to be at your desk or in a meeting 40 hours a week, but the reality is that very few people can actually do their best work that way.
Roster Team Manager
Every day at work is exciting with lots of interesting engineering problems to solve.
We are free to set our schedules according to what works best with our lifestyle.
Building out a care coordination platform and focusing on whole person care is incredibly important in the healthcare landscape, as helping the care team effectively receive the information they need at the point of care is critical to improving healthcare outcomes. I'm excited to come into work every day to help solve for a small piece of this. Being able to work with our customers and enhance our product to make this easier is very energizing!
Like too many others, I’ve lost family and friends to substance use disorder; but I’ve also been inspired by those close to me who continue to do the hard work of addiction recovery. With this perspective, I know that our solutions empower providers to care for patients in ways that save lives. Our team works with government employees across the country who have dedicated their careers to solving the big challenges that states face in combatting the epidemic of substance use disorder and improving behavioral healthcare. It is a privilege to represent Bamboo Health and the role that our company plays in supporting that powerful mission.
Manager of Client Relations
When I was a young girl, I always dreamed to be a doctor or a nurse. Although life took a different turn as I have grown to be a software development professional, being able to care for patients who are suffering continues to be a profound desire. Bamboo Health makes my dream come true without a career change. I am truly inspired by Bamboo Health's mission of utilizing advanced technology and innovative solutions to provide better coordinated care to patients. I take pride in working at Bamboo Health.
Senior Engineering Manager
I have always been driven by the mission of helping those most vulnerable. The ability to coordinate care for patients, especially in our underserved communities, will change people’s lives in the most impactful ways. Recently, friends have told me about family members in crisis – with both mental health and substance use challenges. Trying to coordinate resources across multiple health systems and government services has become a nearly impossible task. By taking some of the burden off patients and their caregivers, Bamboo Health will improve the well-being of so many people.
