Appriss Health History
Appriss Health was a part of Appriss (formerly VINE), which was founded in 1994 in Louisville with a simple belief: technology can do a lot of good in society. Over time, Appriss Health grew from a few employees to a few hundred, starting with prescription drug monitoring efforts and later expanding into broader behavioral health. The company continues to provide the platform for 43 prescription drug monitoring programs (PDMPs) and connect 52 of the 54 U.S. PDMPs, approximately one million clinicians, more than 25,000 pharmacies, and thousands of hospitals.
