Bamboo Health Appoints Jaclyn Balben as Chief Operating Officer

SaaS veteran will oversee operating strategy, revenue operations, customer delivery and enterprise support

Louisville, KY and Boston, July 30, 2024Bamboo Health, the leader in Real-Time Care Intelligence™, announced the appointment of Jaclyn Balben as the company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). Balben brings extensive experience managing operations for SaaS organizations, specializing in revenue optimization and strategy, software implementation, and business operations.

Balben previously led several key operational areas for Bamboo Health after joining the company in 2020 through the acquisition of PatientPing, where she led revenue operations and enablement. As COO, she will be responsible for ensuring the successful development and execution of Bamboo Health’s operating strategy and will lead all activities related to business and revenue operations, customer delivery and enterprise support.

Prior to joining Bamboo Health, Balben held several positions building operating functions focused on enabling scalable, efficient growth, primarily at early- to mid-stage start-ups. These organizations focused on delivering value through the combination of software solutions and large-scale networks.
