The Crisis Management solution provides a real-time connection between the public, the 988 Lifeline Center professionals, Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams (MCORTs) and treatment providers. Lifeline Centers collaborate with Carelon to dispatch MCORT teams as needed. The MCORTs, in turn, use the system to view intake/referral information, accept or reassign dispatches, document their assessment and plan, and disposition the dispatch.
