Sean Miller

Sean Miller is the Director of Behavioral Health State Account Management at Bamboo Health where he guides clients through successful solution implementation and bridges communication between stakeholders and operational teams. A strong advocate of utilizing technology to improve the work of clinical staff and provide value to underserved communities, Sean has served behavioral health populations for over a decade.  Prior to joining Bamboo Health, Sean led the state of Delaware’s Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH) as the Chief of Health Informatics. Under his guidance, DSAMH launched the Delaware Treatment and Referral Network/Bamboo Intelligence Hub™ as a statewide referral management platform and implemented the first electronic health record for the state psychiatric hospital. Sean drove innovation through close collaboration with community partners and utilizing data-driven communication.
