Jody Fleming
Jody Fleming is the president of NCHA Strategic Partners, the shared solutions group of the North Carolina Healthcare Association (NCHA) and senior vice president at NCHA. Her responsibilities include business development, strategic planning and operations, contract development, and statewide marketing initiatives. Ms. Fleming has been with NCHA since August 2000.
Ms. Fleming has held positions on several healthcare association boards, serving multiple terms including with the North Carolina Association of Healthcare Resource Materials Managers (NCAHRMM) and the North Carolina Healthcare Financial Management Association (NCHFMA). Currently, Jody is serving a second term on the Association for Home and Hospice Care of North Carolina (AHHCNC) board. Ms. Fleming also serves as the past president of the Association of Healthcare Solutions (AHS), a group of hospital association shared service leaders across the United States.
Ms. Fleming earned a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management from Appalachian State University and is currently pursuing a master’s in business administration (MBA) with a concentration in strategic managment at Liberty University. She has 30+ years of healthcare experience, including physician practice management prior to joining NCHA. Jody also earned her insurance license in 2017 for health, sickness and life & disability and is working on her property & casualty license.
Jody and her husband Barry reside in Apex, North Carolina. Jody and Barry volunteer with several charitable organizations including the Triangle Beagle Rescue. The couple adopted four beagles – Linus, Louis, Jack and Rocky and still have room to help foster.
