Ann Stanley

Ann is the Director of Ambulatory Operations and Care Coordination at Hackensack Meridian Health. She is a nurse with over 20 years of experience in various settings, including fully insured and third-party health plans. Ann manages oversight of a clinical team consisting of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified medical assistants and a licensed clinical social worker that supports patients attributed to providers in Hackensack Meridian Health Clinically Integrated Network and Hackensack Meridian Health Accountable Care Organization. She is a certified case manager by the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC), NJ Chapter Member of American Case Management Association (ACMA), NJ Chapter member Case Management Society of America (CMSA) and Sigma Theta Tau-Upsilon Rho.
