Ross Armstrong, Chief Commercial Officer at Bamboo Health, leverages nearly two decades of healthcare leadership experience to drive client-focused innovation, scale solutions and enhance whole-person care. With a proven track record of aligning strategies, integrating services and delivering impactful results, Ross ensures Bamboo Health delivers quantifiable impact to clients and their communities. Before joining Bamboo Health, Ross held key leadership roles at Biofourmis, Sound Physicians and Lumeris. At Biofourmis, he spearheaded go-to-market strategies, optimized solution offerings and built strategic partnerships. As President of Value-Based Care at Sound Physicians, he drove the development of scalable acute and post-acute solutions, leading to significant growth and improved care delivery. His leadership at Lumeris was instrumental in securing over $500 million in total contract value while advancing population health and value-based care initiatives nationwide.

Kristi began her career in public health over 20 years ago, serving people living with HIV.  She started at the Damien Center providing case management services to women and children infected with HIV and eventually assumed a leadership role as the HIV Care Coordination Program Manager at the Indiana State Department of Health for a statewide case management program.  Kristi was instrumental in developing the HIV offender re-entry program for IDOH, which is still in operation today.  In addition to her public health experience, Kristi worked at the Firefly (formerly Children’s Bureau) part-time on a secure residential treatment unit serving at-risk youth.  Kristi began working in managed care in 2013 as a Complex Care Manager serving members living with HIV, Hepatitis C, and Hemophilia.  Kristi joined the CareSource Indiana team in November of 2016 as the Behavioral Health Manager and was promoted to Director of Behavioral Health in July of 2019.

Becca Vaughn is the Director of Practice Operations at Privia Health and brings two decades of invaluable experience to the healthcare landscape. In her current role, Becca is at the forefront of healthcare transformation, guiding physician practices through the transition from traditional fee-for-service models to innovative value-based care. Driven by a deep commitment to holistic patient well-being, Becca is passionate about integrating behavioral health services within primary care and specialty settings. This dedication is evident in her leadership of Privia’s Behavioral Health Collaborative, a national network fostering connection and knowledge sharing among behavioral health providers. Further underscoring her expertise, Becca also serves as the Chair of Privia’s Behavioral Health Operations Committee.

She brings extensive expertise to the practice, which spans Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland. With a deep understanding of the budget process across these states, she specializes in a range of policy areas, including health, energy, technology, transportation and tax. Under her leadership, the firm has grown to be a significant player in the lobbying landscape, driven by a commitment to impactful advocacy and strategic insights. As a former staffer to the Senate Minority Caucus and appointee to the Governor’s Administration, Alex understands the inner workings of government and leverages that knowledge to help her clients navigate the political waters.

Caitlin Kolar is a Growth Director at Bamboo Health. As a highly experienced professional in the post-acute healthcare sector,  Caitlin has made notable contributions throughout her career in outpatient services, in-home care and healthcare technology. Prior to joining Bamboo, Caitlin served as Regional Account Director for four years at a national nonprofit home health agency where she oversaw day-to-day care needs for patients in home health settings. Caitlin is dedicated to patient-centered care, fostering team collaboration and achieving effective outcomes. She is passionate about  enhancing patient experiences and optimizing healthcare delivery.

Allie Ramsey is a Growth Director at Bamboo Health, where she helps providers drive greater real-time care coordination across the care continuum. Allie has served in healthcare roles for 13 years, starting in pharmaceutical and durable medical equipment sales. Most recently, Allie spent nearly a decade in home health and joint venture market development. Allie is skilled in population health, value-based care, home health and tailoring solutions that meet client needs to improve patient outcomes.
