To begin the onboarding process please complete the following steps:
Step 1: Request a Contract
To get started, the first step is to request a contract by providing us with your entity details via our questionnaire. Once you submit those details, we will email you the contract.
Note: We are not accepting red line agreements.

Step 2: Request an ADT Integration request from your EMR to Bamboo Health
Once you sign the contract with us, reach out to your EMR vendor to put in a request for an integration with Bamboo Health. Once you complete this step, we will work with them on the integration. To access the list of EMRs we integrate with click the button below.
Note: If you are integrating with PCC please follow their market place instructions to make the request. If you do not see your EMR, we can still integrate with you manually. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Manual Integration.”

Step 3: Create User Accounts to Access Platform
Now that you are up and running on our network, you will need access to the platform. To request access to the platform, click the button below to create a Zendesk account, once you have a Zendesk account, log a ticket to request your Pings account. Our Centralized Customer Support Platform is a great resource for all user account management, in-app workflow and general questions you have about our product.

Step 4: Training Sessions
Pings University was created to provide you with guided resources as you get more comfortable with the platform. To Enroll in Pings University, click the link below. Once you create a login you will have access to everything you need to learn how our platform works.

Step 5: Support from Bamboo Health
You may have additional questions or may need help with troubleshooting. If you need assistance, you can submit a ticket via our support center. To submit a ticket, it will require you to create an account.
