Vatsala Kapur

Vatsala Kapur, Vice President of External Affairs at Bamboo Health, has over two decades of experience in health policy and public health. Most of her career has focused on healthcare delivery system and payment reform initiatives at the state and federal levels, where she’s served as a policy advisor and consultant. Prior to Bamboo Health, Vatsala served in a variety of roles at organizations, such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation and in the office of Colorado’s previous Governor, John Hickenlooper. Vatsala holds two master’s degrees from The University of Texas; one degree is in public affairs, and the second is in Latin American studies. She also has a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from Colorado College. In addition, Vatsala sits on several boards, including NextFifty Initiative and WorldDenver.
