Vatsala Kapur
Vatsala Kapur has over two decades of experience in health policy and public health. Most of her career has focused on healthcare delivery system and payment reform initiatives at the state and federal levels, where she’s served as a policy advisor and consultant. Currently, Kapur is the vice president of government affairs at Bamboo Health. Prior to Bamboo Health, Kapur served in a variety of roles at organizations, such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation and in the office of Colorado’s previous Governor, John Hickenlooper. Kapur holds two master’s degrees from The University of Texas; one degree is in public affairs, and the second is in Latin American studies. She also has a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from Colorado College. In addition, Kapur sits on several boards, including NextFifty Initiative and WorldDenver.
