Ross Armstrong

Ross Armstrong, Chief Commercial Officer at Bamboo Health, leverages nearly two decades of healthcare leadership experience to drive client-focused innovation, scale solutions and enhance whole-person care. With a proven track record of aligning strategies, integrating services and delivering impactful results, Armstrong ensures Bamboo Health delivers quantifiable impact to clients and the communities they serve. 

Prior to joining Bamboo Health, Armstrong held key leadership roles at Biofourmis, Sound Physicians and Lumeris. At Biofourmis, he spearheaded go-to-market strategies, optimized product offerings and built strategic partnerships. As President of Value-Based Care at Sound Physicians, he drove the development of scalable acute and post-acute solutions, leading to significant growth and improved care delivery. His leadership at Lumeris was instrumental in securing over $500 million in total contract value while advancing population health and value-based care initiatives nationwide. 

Armstrong earned a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Alabama Birmingham, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Rhodes College.
