Darren Moore

Darren Moore is the chief legal officer at Bamboo Health. He joined the Appriss family of companies in 2020 to help each company navigate the next stage of its growth journey and support its role as a trusted provider of information services.

Moore has over 20 years of experience advising highly regulated businesses and is skilled at scaling innovation, contract management and compliance programs. During his career, he managed legal support for a diverse set of business units and a significant number of strategic transactions.

Prior to joining Appriss, Moore spent more than 15 years in public global data and analytics companies. Most recently, he served as General Counsel, Mergers and Acquisitions for RELX, the FTSE 100 parent company of LexisNexis and Elsevier. He served as lead counsel to the LexisNexis Risk Solutions Healthcare business unit prior to promotion to RELX. Moore began his in-house legal career at Equifax.

Prior to moving in-house, he was an associate at the Baker Donelson and Troutman Sanders (now Troutman Pepper) law firms.

Moore is a graduate of the University of Florida and Washington & Lee School of Law.
