Jaclyn Balben

Chief Operating Officer Jaclyn Balben joined Bamboo Health following the acquisition of PatientPing where she led revenue operations and enablement. Currently, Balben is responsible for leading all operations activities related to business and revenue operations, customer delivery and enterprise support.  

Balben has extensive experience in managing operations for SaaS organizations with specializations in revenue optimization & strategy, software implementation and business operations. Prior to joining Bamboo Health, Balben spent 10 years building operating functions focused on enabling scalable, efficient growth at early- to mid-stage start-ups ranging in size from $0-$100m in ARR. These organizations focused on delivering value through the combination of software solutions and large-scale networks. 

Balben earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Babson College. When she’s not at work, Balben enjoys hiking with her family and dog.
