As interim Chief Financial Officer at Bamboo Health, Brian Moore oversees accounting, tax, payroll and financial strategy. Moore joined the company in 2011 as a part of Appriss Inc., and was a key member of the team in our transition to Bamboo Health. He has more than 10 years of experience in transforming high-growth SaaS businesses through both organic growth and mergers and acquisitions.
Moore has spent much of his career at Appriss, now Bamboo Health, in several positions in accounting and finance at a corporate level, overseeing finance for multiple business units. He has been instrumental in leading more than 15 acquisitions, multiple divestitures and debt financing and restructures.
Moore received his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
