Ryan Graham is the Vice President of Practice Operations & Value-Based Care at Privia Health, one of the largest physician organizations in the United States. With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare administration and consulting, Ryan has led transformative initiatives that help independent physician practices thrive in a value-based care environment. His work centers on aligning clinical and operational strategies to reward high-quality, cost-effective care while enhancing the patient experience. 

At Privia, Ryan co-chairs the National Value-Based Care & Clinical Programs Council, a physician-led committee dedicated to developing scalable clinical programs, best-practice workflows and performance improvement strategies across the organization. Ryan is passionate about advancing sustainable healthcare delivery models, driving practice growth and improving health outcomes through innovation and collaboration.
