Brad Bauer

Brad Bauer, Bamboo Health’s Senior Vice President of Business Development, brings over 30 years of professional experience working within commercial and government healthcare and strategic partner markets. Currently, Bauer leads state and federal government markets to include behavioral health and controlled substance growth related to Bamboo Health’s integrated care service offering, the Bamboo Intelligence Hub™, and other behavioral health and controlled substance solutions.  

Bauer’s background also includes experience working within healthcare information technology solutions to help assess and mitigate risk and promote better care coordination for individuals. Prior to joining Bamboo Health, Bauer worked with McKesson’s interoperability and healthcare technology company, RelayHealth, where he worked on projects such as provider/supplier enrollment with CMS central office and program integrity efforts at the state Medicaid level. Bauer also worked closely with the Drug Enforcement Administration, Food and Drug Administration and Center for Disease Control, leveraging prescription drug diversion solutions on a national scale. For the past 18 years, Bauer has focused on state prescription drug monitoring programs (PDMPs) and efforts to integrate PDMP data within clinicians’ workflows.  

Bauer received his Bachelor of Sciences in Criminal Justice at Valdosta State University.
